A few market notes, as of mid-January, 2013:
- the average list price is down (-5%) compared to this time last year
- the number of properties under contract is up 4%, compared to this time last year
- the average sold price is down (-7%) compared to this time last year and the number of solds is down (-32%). This is reflective of our market 4-6 weeks ago, when these properties went under contract.
- Best news of all: the number of residential sales in Summit County (including Breckenridge, Blue River, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone and Copper mountain) was up 18% in 2012, compared to 2011
