another Breckenridge Best Deal

Not all real estate listings are created equally - some definitely are better than others, and here's one of them: a 3-bedroom/3-bath condo within a short walk to the Snowflake Lift. Some refer to this location as 'ski-in/ski-out'.  Either way, the lift access is very close to condo property.

Listed at $579k, this unit is priced a bit less than the most recent sale, which was in October 2012. At our market's peak, a comparable unit in same complex sold for $730k (November 2007).

A quick survey of rental income in this neighborhood indicates a gross annual income of about $27k; however, a top management company with strategic marketing may provide a much stronger income stream.
