Let's take a look at condo sales in 2012 - what was most in demand, and sold most consistently:
Condos prices up to $300,000
Twice as many condos sold in 2012 as were available on the market 1/1/2013. Inventory is low.
Condos priced $300,000 to $600,000
In this range, 2012 sales equaled current inventory.
Condos priced $600,000 to $900,000
Current inventory (1/1/2013) is twice the number of sales in 2012.
Condos priced $900,000 to $1,200,000
Current inventory equals the number of sales in 2012.
Condos priced $1,200,000 to $1,500,000
Sales in 2012 were a fraction of current total availability.
